Beyond XP 5000

Please note that my review is based entirely on the XP5000 as medical incontinence management product. Your mileage may vary!

This is a high quality diaper. It is well made, very durable, fits well, absorbs very well and holds a lot of fluid. It’s also comfortable (for a high capacity product) and not overly noisy.

Personally, I prefer a slightly longer - end to end - diaper with less of a “low rise” fit, but that is just personal preference. The only place where I removed one star is the tapes, which I find don’t hold as well as I am accustomed to. In all fairness, these are labelled as “night” use, but even so, I would still expect the tapes to hold tightly during normal daytime use, but they come loose quite easily. My home-brewed remedy is to attach a one foot length of black tape (electrical tape) between the two top diaper tabs. Once I did that, the diaper worked brilliantly and stayed in place with no issues.

Again, for me, these are medical products only, so for my needs, I probably will choose a different product with stronger tapes, but otherwise, they are very good and definitely a high quality product for night-time use.

Bon produit .les attache son solide et confortable

Excellent modèle très absorbant qui n'a rien à envier à d'autres marques, qui affichent pourtant une capacitée beaucoup plus haute... La couche gonfle beaucoup lorsque mouillée mais les attaches tiennent bon même après plusieurs heures. La seule remarque est qu'elle taille un peu petite donc c'est à surveiller si vous êtes à la limite de la taille affichée.
